Rep. Angela Rigas, Chair of the House Oversight Subcommittee on Weaponization of Government, has invited testimony from some of the lawyers involved in the “alternate electors” case which was recently dismissed from the Ingham County Court.
“It’s time to learn the true cost behind Dana Nessel’s political prosecutions,” Rep. Rigas said. “Like the other cases we’ve seen, it reeks of our State Government overstepping its role and harming their constituents.”
The Weaponization of Government Subcommittee will be held Wednesday, September 17th at 9:00AM in Room 308 of the House Office Building. The committee will be livestreamed on the House website as well as on the Michigan House of Representatives YouTube channel.
